His published articles examine flow, strategy and the organisational conditions around software work. The JAOO 2009 programme records his consulting work at ThoughtWorks in Melbourne. Agile Australia’s 2011 and 2012 programmes identify him as Head of Delivery at REA Group. His writing includes Lean vs Agile, Push Systems, Pull Systems and Hoshin Kanri. In 2009 he co-presented Lean Concepts for IT Professionals with Kraig Parkinson. Scout24’s own engineering publication identifies him as CTO in August 2016, records his joining the company in 2015 and mentions earlier SoundCloud work. Dan North’s 2008 and 2018 articles discuss his Lean thinking and transformation writing. Amazon’s 5 October 2015 Academy report identifies him as SoundCloud’s Senior Vice President of Engineering.
